The Holloways are coming to Grimsby, supported by Camens and local Shines!
The Holloways are North London indie superheroes who lit up the London music scene with their infectious energy and irresistible tunes. They are back in 2025 for their 20th anniversary tour. Expect dancing, singing and rock'n'roll fun. Celebrate 20 years since 4 guys met in a pub in Holloway with 1 aim, to make some of the most infectious indie ska music ever made and they didn’t just make music; they made songs that are an uproarious celebration of life.
Feel that energy and freedom again. Bring your life back into colour with Generator, Two Left Feet and Dancefloor flooding your ears and shaking your body. Alfie, Bryn and co will be playing like it's a basement party in Archway all over again. 20 years - We may be older but are we any wiser?
In 2007, The Holloways unleashed their mega-hit single "Generator" upon the world and suddenly, every speaker was blasting their catchy blend of ska-fused indie punk pop. When a DJ spins The Holloways, you can't escape the feeling that a party has just exploded onto the airwaves.
"Generator" and “Two Left Feet” are more than songs; they’re anthems for the wild, carefree and eternally young. Crowds sing along to “Dancefloor” and “Happiness and Penniless” with fists as the band connects with every audience with such authenticity; because these songs are real...and these boys are real. Rave reviews for the live shows were followed by huge praise for the debut album, "So This Is Great Britain?”. Packed with contagious melodies and witty lyrics, the album is like a musical rollercoaster through the streets of gritty city lives, capturing the essence of youth culture and the challenges faced by the fearless - it is a soundtrack for the adventures of a generation that refuses to take life too seriously.
Camens
Over the last few years, Stoke-On-Trent indie rock outfit Camens have established themselves as a consistent and relentless presence on the UK music scene, touring up and down the country, putting together a solid back catalogue of anthemic indie bangers and earning thousands of listeners and fans along the way.
Shines
Since the release of their debut album, How It Ends, at the start of 2024, Grimsby-based band Shines have quickly made their mark on the UK music scene. With a series of high-energy live shows and festival appearances throughout the summer, the band’s tight onstage chemistry and growing fanbase have made them one of the most exciting new acts around.
