Let’s start off by saying a massive thank you to the readers of the Guardian, who voted us as one of the ten best music venues in Europe and the UK!
Despite only opening in 2020, we are ecstatic to see that our gigs and venue are going down well with our attendees. It’s the praise and support like this that truly helps us as we try to bring a diverse programme of events to Lincolnshire. This is only the start but there’s so much more planned, and we can’t wait to see these come to fruition and share this soon…

After his first show sold out, we’ve added a second (almost sold out) show for comedian Carl Hutchinson on Saturday 3rd September.
Carl Hutchinson started stand-up comedy one year into his mathematics degree at Newcastle University and quickly became a multi-award-winning comedian. A former winner of the Beat the Frog World Series competition and Magners Pub Comedian of the Year, expect stories, observations, and audience interaction.

Grimsby’s best comedy night, Red Herring Comedy Club returns on Saturday 10th September! The comedians on the night include:
Phil Ellis is an award-winning comedian who has entertained audiences of all ages with his amalgamation of off-beat observational material and physical comedy.
Kate Martin is an up-and-coming stand-up comedian who was made in the South but born in the North.
Harry Stachini is slowly but surely climbing up the ranks of the stand-up comedy world. Harry has established a reputation as an exciting young comedian with an impressive easy-going style.
Dave Longley will be MC-ing on the night. His towering stage presence and intensity, combined with his cutting wit have made him one of the most popular and controversial circuit comics in the UK.
Tickets are now on sale priced at £14.50 (when purchased in advance) or £16 on the door. The age requirement for this event is 18 plus.
Docks Academy once again will open its doors on Wednesday 14th September to all for Open House.
This is a friendly and safe space for you to chat, make friends, do activities, socialise, and have free refreshments. Drop in anytime between 12-9pm. One the last few months we have seen a mix of new people and quite a few who have come back every month.

Docks Beers’ annual ‘Docktoberfest’ Beer Festival is fast approaching, German Beers, Street Food, Live music, what’s not to like?
Live Music from three of the finest covers and Oompah bands bring the entertainment on the night, with a steady supply of German Beers, and the usual Docks favourites. After all the dancing and drinking, gain some much-needed energy with street food provided by Mockingbird, which caters for both meat-eaters and vegans alike!
Whilst we have sold out two dates (30th September and 1st October), we still have tickets available for Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th of September, along with Sunday 2nd October. These tickets are going fast, so be sure to secure yours quickly!
