Common Ground is a night of Music and Theatre, all chucked together and brought to you by Lowercase Theatre on Saturday 3rd February.

'Pay What You Can' Ticketed Event
The audience for this show will be seated
Common Ground might look a little different to events youโve been to before - but think of it kind of like a gig or show. Different acts, a bar (with amazing local beer), and plenty of space to move around and socialise. Itโll also be an opportunity to find out more about arts and cultural stuff happening in the area. Spoiler: thereโs LOADS going on.
Who are Lowercase?
They are a GY-based theatre company who have a massive love for the area, our community, and the creativity that exists here. They make work that celebrates local stories and support emerging creativity to thrive in the region.
What to expect: Live music from Jaz Beeson and Moon Pocket, a 30-minute work-in-progress extract of Lowercaseโs debut theatre piece โis it dead out?โ, plus a bunch of creative conversations and activities to get involved with, if you fancy.
Whoโs it for: Folks who like the sound of it! Whether you regularly attend creative events or fancy trying something new, weโd love to have you. (More on accessibility in FAQ)
p.s Common Ground is a pilot event. Weโre testing out a lot of ideas - inevitably thereโll be bits that work well, and others less soโฆwhich is what itโs all about, right? Weโre super excited to hear your feedback, and encourage you to come to the space with an open mind
Thanks for all of your support and encouragement. We canโt wait to see ya.
