DB Jones are a 4-Piece indie-rock band from Lincoln. With catchy hooks, a highly energetic and tight live performance, they’re not a band to be missed.
After making rounds on the UK Circuit, supporting bands such as The Sherlocks, Bilk, and The Rills, plus their first headline show, DB Jones are proving to be unparalleled in their genre and are tipped to make waves in the UK music scene.
‘Villain‘ is the latest offering from the band, which has already received an Artist feature on BBC Introducing, and support from Radio X & Amazing Radio.
The band have already received National Airplay on the BBC Radio 6 Introducing mixtape, and all of their singles have received an ‘Artist Feature’ on BBC Intro Lincs (Played on all stations for a week) and have had extensive, ongoing support from the Introducing team since the band began releasing music in July 2021.

David, the band’s vocalist and rhythm guitarist stopped by the Church for a quick chat and two acoustic performances of ‘Chasing The Feeling’ and ‘Waking Up’, filmed by Docks’ own Sam Sharp.

Fresh Catch is Docks Academy’s grassroots music night that gives a highlight to local musicians, and features artists from not only Grimsby and Cleethorpes, but also Lincolnshire, and beyond. This night is all about giving people the opportunity to hear new artists when they’re starting out or to catch a band from another part of the country that is on the up. It’s an awesome feeling to stand back knowing you’ve been there from their first shows and witnessed their growth into a recognised talent in the music industry.
