This sexy freak-out and visually intoxicating show started preaching the gospel of The Cramps from the pulpit stages in Los Angeles (Viper Room and Whiskey a Go-Go) after the death of rock’s most-uninhibited singer, Lux Interior. Teenage Werewolves’ singer Jack Atlantis is from the same hometown as Lux and merge John Waters and Russ Meyers overtones to create a show loved by newcomers and hard-core fans alike.

More recently, The Cramps have seen a revival, with their song 'Goo Goo Muck' being featured in the critically acclaimed Netflix series 'Wednesday', with The Guardian stating that the viral dance trend "may have single-handedly revived Gothic subculture for Gen Z".
